Ricotta & Grilled Apricot Tartine
- Thick slice of loaf (of your choice)
- 2 tbsp. apricot spread
- 2 tbsp. ricotta cheese
- Slices of grilled apricot
- Basil leaves
- Coarse salt
- Honey
Grill the apricot slices on the barbecue or in a
cast iron skillet. Toast your slice of loaf, spread it generously with ricotta and apricot spread.
Add the grilled apricot slices, fresh basil, a pinch of coarse salt and drizzle with honey.
