  • Are Bonne Maman Jams, Jellies Spreads and Marmalades gluten-free?

    YES! All Bonne Maman jams, jellies, fruit spreads and marmalades are gluten-free. This claim is determined by the fact that all ingredients used in our products have < 20PPM which is required for this claim. Our production facility is therefore gluten-free as well.

  • Are Bonne Maman Jams and Jellies nut free?

    Our Bonne Maman Jams, Jellies and Spreads are made with only fruit, sugar, lemon juice and fruit pectin. None of our recipes use peanuts or sesame nuts. Our Jams, Jellies and Spreads are produced in a facility that also makes products containing hazelnuts and chestnuts. We follow highly controlled and strict (HACCP certification) cleaning processes throughout our facility that minimize nut residue risk. We recommend that you discuss this information with your physician to evaluate whether Bonne Maman is right for you and your family.

  • What is the shelf life for Bonne Maman products?

    We guarantee the quality of our Jams and Jellies for two years (24 months) after production (see “Best before” date printed on the side of the cap). The Bonne Maman INTENSE Fruit Spreads are guaranteed 1 year (12 months) after production. We recommend that all Bonne Maman products be refrigerated after opening. Although we do not guarantee our jams for a specified period of time after they are opened, by storing an open jar with the cap tightly closed in your refrigerator, our products should last for several weeks without a problem.

  • Are Bonne Maman products Kosher?

    YES, 20 of our 30 flavours of Bonne Maman products are Kosher. The circle U authorization is on the front label of each jar. Our products are certified by the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America (NY).

  • Do Bonne Maman products contain high fructose corn syrup?

    NO! Bonne Maman’s recipe combines brown cane sugar (derived from the cane plant) and sugar derived from beets. This combination of sugars is part of our time-honoured recipe that helps create the special Bonne Maman flavour and taste.

  • Are Bonne Maman Jams, Jellies, Marmalades and Spreads made with natural ingredients?

    YES! All of our jams, jellies and fruit spreads are made with natural ingredients: fruit, sugar, cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice and fruit pectin. Bonne Maman has no preservatives, no additives, no high fructose corn syrup, are sulphite-free.

  • How can I pay on the Bonne Maman E-Shop?

    You can pay using a Mastercard/American Express or a Visa card.

  • Is the payment secured?

    Yes, your payment is secured. We use Stripe Solution, which received the most stringent certification level in the payments industry. All card numbers are encrypted.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number associated with your package. You can also connect to your Customer Account, clicking on “Sign In/Register” and “Orders”.

  • How can I modify or cancel my order?

    Once an order is paid, we can’t modify or cancel it. We do our best to prepare and ship your order as fast as possible to reduce delivery timings.

    Any purchase made through the Bonne Maman website is considered a final sale. It is therefore impossible for you to return the product for exchange or to be reimbursed for the prosuit purchased on this site.

  • How long does it take to prepare my order?

    We are doing it as quickly as possible. Your order is processed within 7 working days of your purchase. It is then sent to you by Canada Post within standard delivery times.

  • How long is the delivery time?

    You can choose between 2 delivery methods offered by Canada Post:

    • Standard package.
    • Priority.

    Standard:

    • Local: Up to 2 days.
    • Regional: Up to 5 days.
    • National: Up to 9 days.

    Priority:

    • Local: Next day.
    • Regional: Next day.
    • National: Next day.
  • Are there any shipping fees?

    Delivery costs will be automatically calculated on the order payment page after entering the shipping destination. You will be able to see the exact amount of the charge before payment for the order.

  • Can you ship outside of Canada?

    No, we only ship in Canada.
