Ingrédients pour 4 pizzas individuelles
- 8 tablespoon Cherry or Blueberry More fruit, less sugar Spread
- 2 confit duck legs, without bones, already cooked and shredded (homemade or store bought)
- Grated emmental cheese
- Young arugula
- 4 store bought naan bread
Steps
Preheat oven at 375 F
Spread 1 or 2 tbsp of Cherry or Blueberry More fruit, less sugar spread on each naan bread
Add duck confit
Cover with emmental cheese
Add pepper to taste
Bake until the cheese is melted and switch to broil for 1-2 minute at the end or until the cheese becomes golden brown
Once out of the oven, add arugula on each pizza and enjoy!
Variations :
Try these simple pizzas on pita breads or wheat tortillas. It is also possible to switch for another type of cheese or add other garnishes, such as thin slices of red onion.
