Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups spring mix
- 1 apple, sliced thin
- 1 large cooked beet, chopped
- ½ cup toasted hazelnuts
- ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
Blueberry Balsamic Vinaigrette Ingredients
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Bonne Maman Blueberry More fruit, less sugar Spread
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Serves: 4
Toss salad ingredients together in a large bowl. Add all vinaigrette ingredients to a jar, seal and shake well until emulsified. Pour over salad and enjoy!
