Ingredients
- 60 g puffed rice
- 150 g oatmeal
- 100 mL agave syrup
- 100 mL maple syrup
- 50 g grated coconut
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- Coconut chips
- Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
- Bonne Maman Strawberry Jam
- A few pieces of strawberries
For the Granola:
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients: puffed rice, oatmeal, shredded coconut, coconut oil, agave syrup and maple syrup. Mix well to obtain a homogenous preparation, completely covered with syrup.
Step 2: On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, spread a thin layer of granola and bake for 15 minutes at 160°F.
Step 3: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. The granola will harden and become crunchy.
Tip: You can store your granola for up to a month in an airtight jar.
For the Granola Bowl:
Step 1: Start at the base with the Greek yogurt, either plain or vanilla, the choice is yours!
Step 2: Add granola preparation to taste, a few coconut chips and strawberry pieces, and top with two tablespoons of Bonne Maman Strawberry Jam.
Step 3: Your Granola Bowl is now ready to enjoy!
