Fig, prosciutto and goat cheese crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette (cut into 12 slides)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 300 g of plain goat cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp Bonne Maman Fig Jam
  • 12 slices of prosciutto
  • Aragula or fresh mâche

1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F.

2. Cut a baguette into about ½ inch slices. Place the slices on a baking sheet and brush each slice with olive oil and sprinkle a little salt, if desired.

3. Cook 10 minutes until lightly browned.

4. Spread each crostini with goat cheese and add a good teaspoon of Bonne Maman fig jam.

5. Fold the slice of prosciutto and place it on each crostini.

6. Place fresh mâche or arugula leaves on each crostini to taste.
